Since becoming vegan I’ve had no issues finding skincare, makeup, and other beauty products however, perfume is something I did struggle with. You have options from places like LUSH and Body Shop and whilst I’ve tried and liked some of these options, for me they never quite hit the spot.
I first discovered Eden Perfumes at a vegan market. The stall, which was mainly selling t-shirts, had a small selection of Eden Perfumes as well as the option to refill bottles you already had. So, after spending quite a long time testing out all the options they had I came across what is now “my fragrance”. №62 Vegan Sii which is a dupe for Giorgio Armani Si and having now smelt the original I much prefer the dupe (side note I have a friend who works in fragrance and she confirmed it was a great dupe) The price point is also fantastic- £18 for 30ml, £24 for 50ml and certain fragrances also have a 100ml size for £42 which in most cases is going to be cheaper than a 30ml bottle of the original.
A few of their best sellers.
- №078 Million Dollar Lady — dupe for Paco Rabanne Lady Million
- №015 Adore Women — dupe for J´Adore by Dior
- №030 Black Opiam — dupe for YSL Black Opium
A bit about the company.
Eden Perfumes are a Brighton based company started by a vegan family. All their ingredients and products are 100% vegan, cruelty free and ethically sourced. They also use organic ingredients wherever possible, and the entire range of fragrances contain between 80% and 90% certified organic ingredients. They offer a vast range of perfumes and aftershave as well as soy candles. They have shops in Brighton and London, and a websitewhere they do a great job of describing the perfumes/aftershaves, making finding the dupe you’re after that much easier. They also have the option to send back your empty bottles to get a refill for a slightly cheaper price.
Eden Perfumes create vegan and cruelty-free dupes of some of our favourite fragrances, at a fantastic price point and with far better ingredients. So, there’s really no reason not to give them a try.
